At present I'm working as a senior reseracher at the EBTIC, which is a research and innovations centre located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You can find more information about my professional experience and studies on page Curriculum vitae.
I've been working in IT for more than eleven years as a programmer and software analyst and later as a software architect. I was mainly engaged in programming languages like Java, PHP and SQL. I have hands-on experience in working mostly in IT in finance and HR.
I have 6-years experience in teaching undergraduate and graduate students at two different schools - Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University and Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague. I taught subjects concerning operations research, optimization, mathematical modeling, theoretical computer science, data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, programming and object modeling.
I am author of more than a hundred of articles, published mainly in Slovak magazines PC Revue and Infoware. Also I wrote several research articles published at conferences and in magazines specialized on operations research.
